LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Municipality of Todi for the following purposes execution of its tasks in the public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers, including the purposes of archiving, historical research and analysis for statistical purposes;
fulfillment of obligations established by law, regulations, community legislation;
provision and execution of services: "mail" and “newsletter".

Navigation data

Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the detection of crimes by the judicial authorities).

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights recognized to them by the Data Controller in accordance with articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation and of the applicable national legislation regarding the processing of personal data. In particular they will be able to:
- access the data and confirm the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and have an intelligible communication thereof;
- obtain an indication of the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment; the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
- obtain the updating, rectification or integration of the data, as well as the portability of the same;
- obtain the cancellation, limitation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- have certification that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, and to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the "Guarantor for the protection of personal data". The interested party also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing of data at any time.
